Shipping policy

UK Mainland Shipping & Handling – Standard Deliveries     

All orders for delivery to the UK mainland are charged at £6.95. We use Parcelforce for our standard sized deliveries, most deliveries are made next working day. Parcelforce is the most innovative parcel carrier around. They provide recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and/or email, so you don’t have to wait in all day.

UK Mainland Shipping & Handling – Larger Items

Larger items to be delivered to the UK Mainland have surplus shipping fees. For larger boxes we use TNT or we will use a hand delivery service.

A minimum shipping fee is applied at point of checkout, determined by the delivery destination. Larger deliveries may incur a surcharge, this price will be calculated and you will be contacted as soon as we are able to with the shipping fee. You have the option at this point to cancel/amend the order if you do not wish to pay any additional shipping.

Full tracking information along with a delivery date is emailed to the customer by the courier upon dispatch. Delivery times for international destinations will vary, please contact us for further information.

International/Other Shipping & Handling

We use TNT or DHL for our international and non UK mainland deliveries.

A minimum international shipping fee is applied at point of checkout, determined by the delivery destination. Larger deliveries may incur a surcharge, this price will be calculated and you will be contacted as soon as we are able to with the shipping fee. You have the option at this point to cancel/amend the order if you do not wish to pay any additional shipping. Customs and taxation charges will occur on all international deliveries. These are calculated by the government of the delivery destination therefore Panik Design have no control over them – please see Important Information below.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK  are exclusive of Sales Tax/VAT and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.

  • All orders being delivered outside the UK are subject to VAT, duty and custom charges; the customer must pay these charges.
  • Panik Design has no control over the amount of duty and custom charges.
  • It is your responsibility as the importer to ensure the correct rate of VAT and duty is paid upon import, and we’d advise you to check the values with your local customs office.
  • If an order is undelivered because the wrong details have been provided or refused your shipping will not be refunded and any charges incurred to return the item to us will be subtracted from your product refund.

Dispatch Schedule & Back Orders – UK Mainland

Orders received for items In Stock prior to 12 noon on a working day can be dispatched the same day. Items in stock have a clear note placed on their page.

Orders placed for items both in and out of stock will be split, all in stock items will dispatched immediately with out of stock items to follow once we have received them at our warehouse. The original shipping charge will cover multiple deliveries.

All items not in stock will automatically be placed on back order. Any item which is out of stock will display an estimated delivery time on its page. If this lead time changes, Panik Design will contact you so you can decide if you would like to continue with the order.

Dispatch Schedule & Back Orders – International/Other UK

Orders received for items In Stock prior to 12 noon on a working day can be dispatched the same day. Items in stock have a clear note placed on their page.

All items not in stock will automatically be placed on back order. Any item which is out of stock will display an estimated delivery time on its page.

Orders placed with both in and out of stock items on will have the items in stock picked and stored ready to be dispatched when the order is complete. If you wish for the order to be split and dispatched separately, please contact us. Charges will apply. If our lead times change, Panik Design will contact you so you can decide if you would like to continue with that part of the order.
