Casamania Pudelskern Granny Table Light

The Granny series of lamps are inspired by the harsh conditions of the Alps and the tradition of grandmothers knitting by the fire whilst telling stories. The thick woolen thread used for the lamp shade is produced by a family business in the Tyrol and the shades are hand-knitted by a collective of home-based workers in the Netherlands. A natural treatment is applied making the wool flame resistent as well as moth and mite resistent. The lamp stem is made from oak and lamp shades are available in raspberry, light grey or off-white.
