Imagine this classic in your home. You have seen it everywhere. Fashion magazines love it. Hotels want it. Museums admire it. This is the Leather Butterfly Chair you have been looking for.

Cuero have spent 30 years recrafting the iconic Butterfly Chair design to develop a luxurious modern lounge chair that is a true masterpiece.

Design for for an apartment building in Buenos Aires by architects Jorge Ferrari-Hardoy, Juan Kurchan and Antonio Bonet, the Butterfly Chair is defined by a large sling that hangs from the highest points of a tubular frame, producing a defining suspended seat. Cuero's Pampa Mariposa is 30% larger than the average Butterfly Chair, creating an inviting cocooned shape that embraces and frames you when seated; offering superior comfort and stability. Available in a range of naturally treated unique leather tones, the Pampa Mariposa is a standout piece that has been expertly designed to be enjoyed in the home or workplace for generations.

Cuero pride themselves on using the top 0.1% leather in the world for all their products. The Pampa Mariposa is made from chemical free, 4mm thick vegetable tanned Italian leather with a black powder coated steel frame, (includes floor protectors for frame). The leather sling is easily removable from the frame for ease of movement and storage.
