Holmegaard Schnapps Glass Shot IDEAL

The shot glass on stem from the series Ideelle was designed by Per Lütken, one of Holmegaard's most advanced glassblowers. Per Lütken designed the mouth-blown glass series Idéelle from 1978 and his predilection for curved, feminine shapes is repeated in the series. The soft and curved design of the shot glass makes it both comfortable to hold and to drink from. Cool it in the freezer before serving a classic, cold schnapps on the lunch table. The series is complete and contains glasses for various wines, water and cognac as well as schnapps and beer - with and without stem. A personal gift idea for a special occasion.

Each piece of mouth-blown glass is unique and handmade by the glassblower, who carefully blows the right amount of air through the narrow pipe. Air bubbles in the glass are therefore inevitable and form part of the charm that characterizes mouth-blown glass.
