Designers Elina and Klaus Aalto wanted to create beautiful, multifunctional storage that was practical and versatile. The result was the award winning Vakka. Vakka are plywood boxes that prove that everyday storage can be a stunning part of any interior. Vakka helps organize any space. Vakka containers can be easily stacked to create practical yet striking pieces of furniture like side tables in the living room or night tables in the bedroom. The smaller sized Vakka box in plywood adds earthy, natural detail. Extra storage for household items and personal belongings frees up extra space in any interior.
