Kartell Philippe Starck P/Wood Chair
Chair with curved 3D seat shell
The P/Wood chair by Kartell was designed by Philippe Starck and belongs to the Smart Wood series of seating options. Soft lines, a filigree frame and a carefully shaped wooden seat shell characterise the chair, which finds its place at the dining table or desk. Philippe Starck and Kartell have created a series dedicated to the material wood. With the help of an innovative 3D technology, the seat shells of the Smart Wood seats are pressed into their shape. The bend brings out the true essence of the material.
Made of light or dark wood with steel frame
The P/Wood chair from Kartell consists of a lacquered or chrome-plated steel four-legged base. The seat shell is bent from light or dark wood in a 3D process. In various combinations, the chair adapts so individually to every taste and every living situation.
In addition to the P/Wood chair, the K/Wood armchair, the S/Wood stool and the Q/Wood armchair are also part of Philippe Starck's series.
