Making A Purchase
Buying online via RBS Worldpay/PayPal
Once you have chosen your desired item(s) place them in the basket, go to checkout and complete your details. You have the option the checkout using credit/debit card via RBS Worldpay or PayPal or via PayPal to pay with a PayPal account. You will complete your payment through their secure site.
On successful completion of your payment RBS Worldpay/PayPal will email confirmation to you.
Other Methods of Payment
We use Evalon Card Services for payments over the telephone and accept all major credit and debits cards, however we can only deliver to the billing address of the card.
For security reasons do not fax, email or post us your card details. We prefer you to provide us with the information over the phone.
Please phone us for bank transfer details. We will send you an email containing our information.
You must notify us of damaged or faulty items within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.
Please note if, on the rare occasion, your order arrives and your product isn’t in perfect condition; please contact our office within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include clear photos and a description of the damage/fault as well as images of the packaging so we can help you further.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a product refund guarantee, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery (exceptions apply). Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. If you wish to return goods to Panik Design for a refund please contact us by phone or email in the first instance. Provided the goods are in perfect condition, in the original packaging and returned within the agreed time, a full refund will be given on the product. Returns postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Remember that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Our recommendation is that you send your parcel by registered post and that you retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
(exceptions) If items are made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been placed. This includes all made-to-order items as well as orders that have been put into production as per the customer’s individual specifications – eg. a specific finish or upholstery colour.
We are happy to exchange your purchase providing you are within the UK. Exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Purchases made outside of the UK will be offered a refund once the item has been posted back to us and complies with our returns policy.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK are exclusive of Sales Tax/VAT and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
- All orders being delivered outside the UK are subject to VAT, duty and custom charges; the customer must pay these charges.
- Panik Design has no control over the amount of duty and custom charges.
- It is your responsibility as the importer to ensure the correct rate of VAT and duty is paid upon import, and we’d advise you to check the values with your local customs office.
- If an order is undelivered because the wrong details have been provided or refused your shipping will not be refunded and any charges incurred to return the item to us will be subtracted from your product refund.
