Green and Blue Hedgehog Link

The Hedgehog Link is designed to connect spaces, creating foraging and nesting networks for wildlife.

One of the biggest challenges hedgehogs face is loss of foraging space and by connecting our gardens and opening them up to wildlife we can make a simple but vital difference.

Hedgehogs have been classified as vulnerable to extinction in the UK with populations declining by around 50%, the Hedgehog Link is a simple way to play your part in their recovery, alongside other measures like the way you manage your garden, leaving spaces to go wild, taking care with strimmers and avoiding poisonous slug pellets.

Made  using a waste material from the Cornish china clay industry, the Hedgehog Link is designed to last and won't rot, rust or deteriorate in the way other materials can.

The Hedgehog Link is designed to fit into a hole cut into your fence or garden wall. It creates an easy access for the hedgehog whilst also creating a talking point within your community and with neighbours. The more of us that open our gardens to wildlife the better we can support our local populations.

Materials Made from concrete, using up to 75% recycled material from the Cornish China clay industry.

175mm x 155mm

Weight 1.4 kg (unpackaged)

Each Hedgehog Link sold includes a donation to Prickles and Paws who are a Hedgehog hospital and rescue local to us in Cornwall and whose work we are huge admirers of.
